Arise Mattress Terms and Conditions
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.
Standard delivery for all Arise products across India is free.There is no hidden cost at checkout.
Delivery of goods will take place at the address entered during order process. In case you want to change the delivery address after the order is placed and before dispatch, please call us at 040 40068279 or write an email to email@example.com , Arise Mattress will try its best to accommodate this change but this is not guaranteed. Delivery of all product will happen at the front door of the property.
Customer will have to bear the delivery charge in case the delivery is made to a wrong location due to the wrong delivery address entered during order placement.
Goods are only delivered by Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress or by a third party contracted to undertake logistics on our behalf.
For logistical reasons, Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress reserves the right to split shipments.
Payment for Arise products are made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.EMI offer is applicable only with the top banks which have tie ups with our payment gateway.
Force Majeure Event
We will not be liable or take responsible for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or any other obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission accident or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
In case of unavailability of one or more Arise products, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, customer will be notified by an email or telephone and will be fully refunded.
Offers and Coupons
Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress will introduce offers, discounts and coupon codes on a time- to- time basis and this will be completely at the discretion of the brand. Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress reserves the right to withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification. Arise Mattress coupon codes can be redeemed only on purchases made through www.arisemattress.com
Arise Mattress discount codes are only available on full purchases, paid up front. Arise Mattress discount codes are not available on orders that use EMI option. Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress cannot take responsibility for discount codes published without permission on third-party websites. Discount codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including an expiry date/time) which will be shared at the point of publication. All discount codes are subject to availability and only one code can be used per order.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation and refunds are applicable only on purchases made through website i.e. www.arisemattress.com, in case of delayed shipments, non-delivery, wrong delivery, etc., Refunds will be made to the customer bank account, details of which to be provided by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the refund request.Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress reserves the right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t fulfill the return criteria.
Replacement requests due to incorrect Mattress Size , color Order will carry a return shipment cost of INR 1500 across India which will be borne by the customer. It is always recommended to cross check the size , color before placing the order.
Arise Software Solutions Private Limited / Arise Mattress is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable. Please refer Warranty Policy for further information.
Arise Mattress are warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period varying from 1 to 10 Years depends on the collection variant from the date of purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable.
This section gives the guidelines and terms of enforcement of the warranty policy:
1. Warranty will be applicable from date of purchase of the mattress.
2. Warranty is applicable on ‘carry-in’ basis – i.e. the customer must bring the defective mattress to the dealer/warehouse point, and take new mattress from there.
3. Sagging means reduction in thickness > 15mm (for mattresses <4″ thick) and > 37mm (for mattresses >4″ thick).
4. Size variation means variance in length or width of the mattress by more than +15mm or -10mm from the stated size.
5. Please refer the mattress size in specified details in the product page.
6. Pro-rata basis warranty is applicable, i.e. 100% value of the mattress (purchase price) is awarded to the consumer in case of warranty claim within 1 year of purchase.
Subsequently, pro-rate basis calculation is used as per sample calculation below:
Ex. Mattress purchase price is Rs.15,000/-

Warranty will not be applicable in following cases:
- Invoice is not available.
- The mattress is out of warranty period.
- Damaged/bending/folding/cutting/mishandling of the mattress by consumer.
- Mattress is placed on soft or uneven surface, or a bed/cot of the wrong size.
- Seepage of water or any other liquid onto the mattress.
- Placing any heavy or unusual object on the mattress.
- Infestation by insects or rodents.
- Exposure to heat or fire/smoke.
- Soiling or wear and tear of the outer cover/fabric during usage.
- Customer is unwilling to allow on-site inspection of mattress by company sales expert team member.
